1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FaridTeaches platform ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. License to Use
The Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is granted only in accordance with these Terms.
You are prohibited from:
- Copying, sharing or distributing Platform content
- Using the Platform for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineering or decompiling Platform content
- Any activity that violates the rights of the Platform or other users
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Platform. When creating an account, you must ensure that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. If you suspect that your account security has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause.
4. Course Access and Subscriptions
The Platform offers various courses and educational materials. Some courses are free; others require a paid subscription.
When you purchase a subscription, you are granted access to selected courses for a specified period. After the subscription period ends, you must renew the subscription to access courses.
We reserve the right to change course content, structure or pricing at any time.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through the Azericard payment system. Your payment information is processed securely and is not stored by us.
Subscriptions renew automatically, but you may cancel at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to courses until the end of the current payment period.
Refund Policy: Refunds are very rare and only considered within 3 days of purchase, and only if you have completed no more than 5 lessons. Contact us for assistance.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and protect your data. By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitations
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage arising from use of the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from use of the Platform.
9. Termination
If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately and all data may be deleted.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect after they are published on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after changes, you agree to the new Terms.
