Which courses are free and which are paid?
Each course page clearly shows its price. Free courses can be started immediately; paid courses require a one-time purchase or the access option shown on that course page.
How long do I keep access to a purchased course?
Unless the course page states otherwise, a purchased course remains available in your account without a completion deadline. You can return to its lessons and materials at your own pace.
Do I need prior programming experience?
Not for beginner-level courses. Check the Requirements and Level sections on each course page before enrolling; advanced courses list any required background explicitly.
How do I receive a certificate?
Complete the required lessons and assessments shown in the course. Once the completion rules are met, your verified certificate becomes available in your account for download in the supported languages.
Are courses available in Azerbaijani and English?
The platform interface supports Azerbaijani and English. Course languages can differ, so the available teaching language is shown on the individual course page.
Can I use FaridTeaches on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Lessons, learning bites, quizzes, progress, and course materials are designed to work on modern mobile and desktop browsers.
Where can I find downloadable course materials?
When a course includes additional files, enrolled learners can open the Course materials section on the course details page. Protected materials are not available before purchase.
What should I do if a payment or course access is missing?
First refresh your Purchases page and confirm that you are using the same account used for payment. If access is still missing, contact support with the payment date and transaction reference.
